Hypertexual Visualizations

This work reflects the intricate, non-linear quality of the Internet: how information and visual data construct a multiplicity of meaning. Dense layers of images from 18th-19th century illustrations are a visual metaphor for the complexity of the web and human thought, interweaving interrelationships, associations and analogies into a digital tapestry presented in Dura-trans light boxes.
